Our complete range includes all the fruit, salad and vegetables you would expect and need, from the daily local harvest by our grower network to the imported essentials from around the world. We also offer the highest quality pre-prepared fresh produce to order as required.

Our year round stockholding includes everything from all the staple ingredients and produce lines that form the foundation of each menu, to the finest micro-cresses, exotic fruits, edible flowers, seaweeds and foraged seasonal lines that can add that unique twist to each dish.
